I’m being bullied at school
If someone at school keeps hurting you, frightening you, humiliating you or making school difficult, tell someone. You don’t have to sort it out by yourself.
What to do now
- Tell an adult you trust, at school or at home.
- Explain exactly what has happened, including where and when.
- Keep a record of incidents, messages or other evidence.
- Ask what will happen next so you know how the school plans to help keep you safe.
If you are in immediate danger, call 999.
