Kindness Day UK- November 13th

The first Kindness Day UK took place on November 13th 2010. The initiative was set up by Act Against Bullying founder Louise Burfitt-Dons and party planner Chief Executive David Jamilly. Its aim is to support World Kindness Day organised by the World Kindness Movement.

This year Kindness Day UK will be asking the nation to send at least one 'kindness' text. A few examples of what you could text are:

A text thanking someone kind in your life
Sending your favourite quotation about kindness
Texting about an 'act of kindness' you have seen performed
